  9.   I'll keep this short and sweet.  Orginally WRAPPER and DEBUGNXT were
  10.   produced as tools for my own use.  The goal was to able to debug device
  11.   drivers during the intialization phase of the driver, which occurs
  12.   during CONFIG.SYS.  I have since extended the programs to support loading
  13.   TSR's and running other programs as devices, which can be very useful
  14.   for setting up video before a troublesome driver, taking a modem off-hook,
  15.   loading a big TSR high early, which won't fit if loaded in AUTOEXEC, etc.

  17.   Though I have made every effort to thoroughly test these programs under
  18.   a variety of demanding configurations, the basic algorithum relies on
  19.   unofficial features of MS-DOS and memory managers, and I do not accept
  20.   liability for any damage incurred to your computer or data resulting
  21.   from the use of these programs.

  23.   You are free to try the WRAPPER package until you are satisfied that
  24.   it performs its functions properly and you decide the package is useful
  25.   and desired in your configuration.  If you make the decision to continue
  26.   to use these programs, please pay for them.  Your $25.00 will help
  27.   defray my costs to produce them.

  29.   Registered user's of earlier versions of WRAPPER are not obligated to
  30.   repeat their previous contribution.  (Unless you really, really, really
  31.   appreciate the effort and want to...).
